The highlight of this month has been the nomination of Highfield Country Estate Retirement Village at the We Are Waikato Annual Awards. These awards celebrate excellence, innovation and ingenuity in the region. They recognise people in property and their outstanding contributions to the property industry and the local economy. Highfield were finalists in the following two categories Urban Design and Architectural Merit and Best Regional Project Team. Although we did not come away with a win, we value the nomination and were extremely proud to see Livingstones take the award for the Avantidrome construction and Hawkins for the exceptional long term building project at the Waikato Hospital.The Fladgate Family (Owners) Campbell, Sharleen, Aroha, Craig, Gemma and Andrew attended the awards with Richard Cole from Boffa Miskell.
