As we look toward the month of May,  it won’t be long before we are all rugged up with lots of layers to ward off the winter chill.

May is always a special month with Mother’s Day. Our hardworking and very creative social committee are hosting an extra special morning tea to celebrate the wonderful and incredible women in our lives. There will be beautiful food and a real feast for the eyes too. This event will be talked about for a long time…… a “must attend”, function for our Highfield Residents. Thank you to the social committee for all your hard work, energy and creative vision.

It's time to dust of your pool cues and start practicing for the annual Highfield pool tournament. Don’t forget to write your name down to take part in this world famous village event. We see both residents and staff showcasing their talent, participating, spectating and having a lot of fun.

May is a huge month for the hunter gather’s amongst us with the sounds of the stags roaring and with duck season starting as well.
