The Highfield management, staff and residents are delighted to share that Highfield has once again been recognised — this year receiving the People’s Choice Award (Finalist) for Best Large Retirement Village in the North Island. This is a wonderful acknowledgement of the community, and thanks are extended to everyone who continues to make Highfield such a special place to call home.

A warm welcome is extended to all new residents! The event calendar is filled with activities, engaging presentations, and plenty of opportunities to connect, socialise, and enjoy village life. There truly is something for everyone.

Looking ahead to November, one of the highlights of the year is the Melbourne Cup celebration on Tuesday, 4 November in the Lodge. Residents can look forward to a lively sweepstake, fabulous fashion and fascinators, and everyone dressed in their finest. The evening will conclude with a delicious roast-hut dinner — always a favourite!

Highfield Management and staff warmly invite all residents to a Thank You Morning Tea — a relaxed yet special celebration of the community, recognising the many ways residents support one another and enrich life at Highfield. It is a lovely opportunity to come together, celebrate everyone’s contributions, and enjoy each other’s company.

With Christmas just around the corner, the Lodge will soon be decorated to bring festive sparkle throughout the village.
